Ann Smits is a Senior Vice President and Broadcast Consultant for Ernst-Van Praag (EVP).

Ms. Smits chiefly manages and consults to a range of EVP's Airline, Auto and Retail clients. Her consultation covers the intricacies of broadcast production financial management, as she routinely calls upon her diverse expertise and unique skill set to bring production value to clients.

Prior to joining EVP, Ms. Smits enjoyed a highly-distinguished marketing career where she held executive positions on both the client and agency side. As Managing Director Worldwide Advertising and Promotion for a major airline, she spearheaded the communications efforts of 17 advertising agencies worldwide. Ms Smits also served as Marketing Vice President for a large not for profit organization where she provided strategic communications leadership to the organization. On the agency side, she served as Management Supervisor at a top tiered agency where she led the efforts for a broad range of clients in the health care, transportation and airline sectors. She further honed her production experience as a producer for a television cable network.

Ms. Smits holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University Graduate School of Business.
