Ms. Russell is an Associate Consultant for Ernst-Van Praag (EVP), Inc.

Ms Russell provides production invoice auditing for assigned clients to ensure billing guidelines are followed.

Previous to joining EVP, Ms. Russell served as a Budget Analyst, Billing Supervisor, Senior Biller, Accounts Payable Coordinator and Data Entry Supervisor for various organizations. Among other responsibilities, Ms. Russell monitored and maintained all aspects of client budgets and acted as liaison between Account Services and Finance Departments.

Ms. Russell holds an Associate in Arts degree.
